Your apps

Register an app so it can sign people in with their Starlight account and, with their permission, read or change their Starlight data.

Development apps only

Every app you register here is a development app. Only you and the test accounts you name, up to 10, can sign in to it. Production client ids, which let any Starlight member sign in, are not available yet.

How your app signs in

Apps sign people in with the authorization code flow and PKCE. There is no client secret, so the client id is safe to ship in a browser or mobile app. Client secrets for apps that run on a server are planned.
